Q. I purchased the plans why have I not received them yet?

A. The emailed plans are automatically sent to you the moment payment is made. You will receive an email from sales@worldparadigms.com with the download instructions. Be sure to check your junk mail in the event it was filtered there. If you still can't find them, please contact us and we will resend the email.

A. The likely cause is the rubber diaphragm. It must be a precise fit this is why we offer them for sale on our site.

Q. How can I get free plans?

A. You can sign up on our homepage or on the free plans page to receive links to the free plans. This will also entitle you to receive free information, tips, tricks and updates on new and existing products along with discount pricing at times. When you sign up you will automatically receive an email with the download links and instructions.

Q. Are the materials required to build the products easily available?

A. We have tried to ensure that all products are easily available through either a plumbing/irrigation store and/or a home renovation store. There may be an occasional part required outside of those two types of stores but they are still easily available.

Q. How hard are the products to make?

A. The majority of our products are quite simple to make. You should be able to use basic hand tools. Although power tools may speed up the process they are not generally required.
