SHIPPING POLICY

We do our utmost to keep our shipping costs as low as we can.  We charge what it costs us to ship (we don't up charge on the shipping).  Most of our larger packages are sent via UPS but on occasion we do use other couriers or Canada Post. 

 

DVD's are sent via regular mail and therefore will not have a tracking number.

Email plans are automatically sent the moment payment is made.  Be sure to check your junk mail in the event it was filtered there.

Please make sure you include your telephone number as we require it for shipping.  Couriers will not ship without a phone number.

​

We can not ship to a PO Box so please be sure to provide a physical address as the couriers will not deliver to a PO Box.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Email Plans - We have provided a sample page for each of our digital products so you have an idea of what the plans look like.  Once the file is opened we can not do a refund (as you already have the product), however, if there is a problem please let us know and we will do our utmost to make sure the problem is resolved.

Physical Products - We stand behind our products and guarantee them.  Once the package has been picked up we can not stop the delivery.  If there is a problem please let us know so we can resolve the issue.  We will accept returns (customer pays the return shipping).
